1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify for a return, items must:

Include original packaging and accessories
Not show signs of wear, damage, or misuse
Be accompanied by proof of purchase

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Ship the item to the provided return address

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

The item arrived damaged
The wrong item was shipped
The product has a verified manufacturing defect

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

Your order number
Clear photos of the item and packaging
A description of the issue

We will review the case and provide an appropriate solution.

6. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
Processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider

If your refund is delayed, please contact your payment provider first before reaching out to us.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders may only be canceled before shipment.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process after delivery.

8. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different product, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order separately.

Fraudulent claims
Excessive return activity
